John Lewis Food Service (now Bidvest) for 15 years. Diane also managed a division for one of the large Recruitment Companies in Australia for many years and has been providing auditing and consultancy to Aged Care and Child Care facilities for the past 5 years.

Belinda Adams has worked in Aged Care Catering for the past 10 years, in Training, Operational and Advisory roles. A qualified Workplace Trainer, Belinda is resident and staff focused and is passionate about introducing systems and staff training that stand the test of time.

Having obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hospitality) and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate,
Belinda can offer expert advice in all Food Service areas.
